Our minds are hardwired to make much of modern life difficult. Often worrying about something is easier to do than fixing it. We help understand what the experience of anxiety is pointed at. We should consider anxiety as a distress flare. Once we understand the meaning of some of the unwanted thoughts and feelings we can interrupt the patterns and develop mechanisms and thought options to understand, reduce and eliminate those feelings and experiences.
We can provide one to one coaching sessions at a mutually convenient location.
