We only have to walk down a local town centre to notice the array of food outlets available, when we find it difficult or seemingly impossible to make the best food choices for our health and lifestyle, we can help to re-wire some of the faulty, unhealthy and unwanted thought patterns attached to food choices. To sustain the changes we work on embedding improved choices via adjusting language and self talk to become part of a new lifestyle.
We can provide one to one coaching sessions at a mutually convenient location.
