Free initial consultation with our therapist

Get in touch for a free consultation which takes up to 20 minutes. We can have a telephone conversation or if you prefer a face to face meeting to share some details about our services and to hear what brings you to us as well as understanding what your ultimate goals are. Together we will agree the best method for you. You will then be invited to complete a questionnaire in your own time prior to your session to help identify the best way for you to achieve exactly what you want to.
