Then our 8 Week programme to reacquaint yourself with your inner confidence to become unstoppable is just for you. A weekly Online group session with up to 10 likeminded people who are ready and willing to build their confidence muscle and enjoy increased self-esteem.
Commitment will be 1 hour a week at 8pm online via zoom, as well as up to 1 hour per week enjoying the inner growth work at a time of your choosing. Workbooks will be provided and access to your own team of cheerleaders supporting your growth in courage and confidence.
