Smoking Cessation
You can't change a habit that doesn't serve you until you know the habits you have. When you break the habit of smoking you decrease the excess risk of many diseases. We help to interrupt the habit patterns that may have been embedded over time and remove the program that causes the trigger, and so reinforce the increased on-going benefits of eliminating the habit.
We can provide one to one coaching sessions at a mutually convenient location.
